Eligibility for Refunds

- If the project has not yet started, a full refund will be issued.
- If the project is in progress but incomplete, a partial refund may be granted based on the work completed.
- If the final deliverable does not meet the agreed-upon specifications and a resolution cannot be reached.

Non-Refundable Services

Refunds will not be provided for:

- Completed and approved projects.
- Change-of-mind requests after project commencement.
- Subscription-based services after the billing period has begun.
- Third-party software, tools, or plugins purchased on behalf of the client.

4. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
